Who runs the site

The photon-wms.xyz site is operated by ФОП Мельник Олександр Петрович, address: м. Київ, вул. Ярославів Вал, 14.

What the site collects

The site uses no cookies and loads no third-party scripts, fonts, maps or analytics. We collect nothing about visitors except the server's technical log and what you send us yourself through the request form.

Server log

Like any web server, ours writes the IP address, request time, page address, response code and User-Agent header to its access log. The log is needed to protect the site and to diagnose problems. Retention period: 14 days.

When you contact us

If you write to us on Telegram or by e-mail, or call us, we keep the correspondence and contact details to reply and to prepare an offer. Our contacts: Telegram photon_wms_support, e-mail hello@photon-wms.xyz, phone +380 44 390 21 47.

Request form

If you send the request form, we receive your name, contact (phone, e-mail or Telegram), message and the page language, so that we can reply and prepare an offer. The request is stored on the Photon server, and a copy arrives as a message in our team's Telegram chat.

On the server a request is kept for 90 days after it arrives and is then deleted automatically. The Telegram message stays until we delete it; on your request we will delete both the request and the message. We do not store the sender's IP address with the request — it only reaches the server log.

You can ask us to show, correct or delete the data we keep about you — write to hello@photon-wms.xyz. We will reply in line with the data-protection law in force.
