Photon puts the warehouse and the till in one system: stock by location, receiving against invoices, scan-to-sell, label printing. It runs on a phone, on a handheld and in the browser.

Features

Only what already works in the system.

  • Stock by location

    Warehouses, zones and locations with codes. Every stock movement is written to a journal, and stocktaking reconciles the books with the shelf.

  • Handheld: phone or ESP32

    Receiving, moving, shipping and stocktaking by scanning: an app on the phone (PWA) and our own ESP32 terminal with a touch screen.

  • Seller till

    Scan the item, pick the payment type — Photon deducts the stock and produces the delivery note. Selling beyond the books and returns are supported.

  • Price checker

    A separate handheld mode for the shop floor: a customer scans an item and sees its price and availability. Your ads play on the idle screen.

  • Supplier invoice

    Upload a photo of the invoice, the system matches its lines to your catalog, you review — and the handheld receives the goods against the expected receipt.

  • Labels on NIIMBOT B1

    Print location and product labels on a NIIMBOT B1 thermal printer over Bluetooth — straight from the browser, no drivers.

  • Online store

    Each shop gets its own website with the catalog, prices and availability taken from your warehouse.

  • XLSX and CSV import

    Products, stock, prices, expected receipts and locations — from a file. Errors show before anything is written.

  • Warehouse emulator

    A scene with racks and conveyors and a recorded run in the system: check a scenario before you go live in a real warehouse.

The system has built-in help in Ukrainian and English: states, errors and settings explained.
